Additional Notes Built about 1973 at the ARO C&W workshops at RESD Long Marston (using an existing wagon underframe) as a VIP carriage to carry royal visitors and entourage around the narrow gauge railway at RAF Chilwall. 1994/95: moved to MoD railway at ESSD Eastriggs. Restoration work at Richmond Light Railway has involved: fitting new rood boards and canvas roofing; repair of rotten timbers; new side beading and internal seats; full repaint.
